We try not to place expiry dates, as it is difficult to assess its timeframe and nature of expiry. After roasting coffee, there is a 7-14 day window where the aroma peaks, we have found this to continue up to 28 days before aroma and flavour intensity becomes more subtle.
We will date when it is roasted to provide you a way to assess the aging quality of the product.
Ideally we recommend to be consumed within 2 to 4 weeks.
At 6 weeks onwards the espresso blends may begin to have lower intensity. If this is the case, the solution would be to grind finer and increase the dose.
